Go East Media is officially attached to developing and producing this original true-to-life story about Pauline Parry. A female chef, restauranteur, and mother of two trying to make it in Somerset, England in the late 1970s.
I’m working with another great producer John Oetjen on this. We are currently seeking a wonderful director to first attach. Then also bring on board one or two local UK producers. We hope to be working with the UK Film Commission, along with different entities in the UK and Somerset to bring this book to the screen for people to watch and enjoy.
More news to come as Cannes was a great launching point for this film.
